From registered buyers:

• Name, email address, phone number (provided during registration)
• Bidding history and auction activity
• Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — we never store raw card data)
• IP address, browser type, and usage data via server logs

From lead callers (non-users):

• Name, phone number, email, location, and service need — as voluntarily provided during an AI qualification call
• Call recordings may be made for quality assurance (callers are notified per state law)

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the auction platform and process payments
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud
• To send you auction notifications and account communications
• To deliver purchased lead contact details to winning buyers
• To improve our AI qualification systems and pricing algorithms
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: for payment processing
• Twilio: for SMS and voice call infrastructure
• Google Cloud: for hosting, database, speech, and AI services
• Winning buyers: lead caller contact information is shared with the auction winner after payment
• Law enforcement: when required by valid legal process

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and Firestore security rules. Lead contact data is not accessible without completing payment. However, no system is 100% secure — use the Service at your own risk.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Bid history and purchased lead records are retained for 3 years for legal and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@theleadfreak.com.

6. Cookies

We use localStorage (not cookies) to maintain your bidder session on the auction floor. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral advertising cookies. We may use Google Analytics (cookieless mode) for aggregate usage statistics.

7. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Opt out of certain data processing
